  3. Do you only work with parents, or can students contact you directly?
    Our services are designed to support parents and carers, but in some cases, we may offer direct support to students with parental consent.

  4. What happens during the initial consultation?
    We’ll discuss your case in detail, review any relevant documents, and advise on next steps - whether it’s attending a meeting, submitting a complaint, or preparing an appeal.

  5. How much do your services cost?
    We offer a range of support packages tailored to your needs. All pricing is transparent and outlined in our Parent Information Pack, which we review with you during the initial consultation.

  6. Can you help with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities issues?
    Yes, our consultants are experienced in navigating SEND processes, including EHCPs, reviews, and school support plans.

  7. What areas of education do you cover?
    We support parents across all phases of education, from early years through to sixth form and further education.

  8. Will you write or review documents for us?
    Yes, we can help review and strengthen school complaints, appeals, evidence packs, and other key documentation.

  9. Is your service confidential?
    We handle all information in accordance with GDPR and treat your case with complete discretion.

  10. Do you offer support globally or only in certain regions?
    No matter where you're based, our team can provide expert guidance and advocacy, either remotely or in person where possible.

  11. Do I need to prepare anything before the consultation?
    It is helpful to have key documents available, such as letters from the school, meeting notes, behaviour logs, or any correspondence related to your concerns. However, if you don’t have everything at hand, there’s no need to worry, we will ask the necessary questions to fully understand your case and guide you through the process.

  12. Can you help if my child has already been excluded?
    Yes, we support with permanent exclusion appeals, disciplinary hearings, and reviewing the school’s actions leading up to the exclusion.

  13. What if English isn’t my first language?
    We are committed to supporting all families and can accommodate language needs where possible. Please inform us of your requirements during the booking process, and we will arrange for a translator from our team to assist you.

  14. How quickly can I get an appointment?
    We aim to offer initial consultations within a few working days, depending on availability and the urgency of your case.

  15. Do you work with schools directly?
    Our primary role is to support and represent parents. Where appropriate, and with your consent, we may communicate with the school on your behalf.

  16. Can you help if I’ve already made a complaint to the school?
    Yes, we can review your complaint, help strengthen your case, and support you through the next stages, including escalation if needed.

  17. My child is refusing to attend school - can you help?
    We can advise on your rights, the school’s responsibilities, and how to get support for your child.

  18. Are you independent from schools and local authorities?
    Yes, we work solely on behalf of parents and carers to ensure your child’s rights are upheld fairly and lawfully.

  19. Do you offer ongoing support or one-off consultations?
    We offer both. Some families need one-off advice, while others choose longer-term support through ongoing issues. Please see our Parent Information Pack.

  20. Can you help with in-year school admissions or placement disputes?
    Yes, we can support with appeals, advice on the process, and identifying when procedures haven’t been followed correctly.
